A clear division between private and public space is achieved through the contrast of colours, the darker center part as a public zone and the light openspace scattered around the service zones.
Located in Holešovice, the design is showing crude steel to reflect the area’s history of craftsmanship as well as featuring a huge centerpiece serving as reception and bar ressembling the cranes of the marina. As the visionary building features large floor to ceiling windows the orientation of the main axes of corridors and openspace is set to draw attention to 2 main points of attractions, Hradčany and Vyšehrad.
